Garry Kent Marshall was a multi-faceted talent. He wore many hats during his successful days in the entertainment industry. Happy Days, which was a hit in the 1970s, was just one of Marshall's shows of brilliance.

He was also credited with adapting The Odd Couple, a famous stage play for television, and directed films such as A Beautiful Woman, Runaway Bride, The Princess Diaries, and Valentine's DayThe talented director passed away in 2016 after a stroke and various other health complications resulting from pneumonia, which he had been battling for some days.

He was 81 years old on the day of his death and has left a void in the world. What a loss for his fans and admirers of his work! He made his debut in 1959 and had a very successful career until his death. He leaves behind his wife Barbara Marshall and three children.
