Today I'm going to share a very practical tip for keeping your bathroom clean and smelling nice. Because let's face it, nobody really likes cleaning the bathroom, right? But it's something that needs to be done to keep everything in order and protect our health.
Most people tend to use those cheap supermarket products, but they are loaded with chemicals that may not be so good for your health. The good news? There's a simple, natural way to polish your vase and, what's more, say goodbye to bacteria.
Let's get to the magic recipe:
Ingredients for a fresh, clean bathroom:
- 160 gr. baking soda
- 60 ml. lemon juice
- ½ cup vinegar
- A glass of hydrogen peroxide at 3%
- 15-20 drops of your favorite essential oil (I like lavender!)
How to do it:
- Start by mixing the bicarbonate and lemon juice in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the hydrogen peroxide and vinegar.
- Now, let's add the two mixtures, but slowly! And to finish, add a few drops of essential oil.
- With the help of a teaspoon, make balls with this mixture. Place them on a surface (such as baking paper) and leave to dry for 3-4 hours. If you can, leave it overnight, it's even better!
- Store the balls in a tightly closed container.
- When you feel your bathroom is in need of a revitalization, just throw a little ball in the toilet, wait a bit and flush. I recommend doing this 2-3 times a week to keep everything in order!
It's that easy, isn't it? And best of all: natural and chemical-free! See you next time!
