Meryl Streep celebrates Nicole Kidman's artistic talents and courage at event in Los Angeles

Actress Meryl Streep praised the courage and artistic talents of her friend Nicole Kidman during an event at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Streep revealed in a humorous way that Kidman had a habit of swimming naked in the ocean in the morning during the filming of the series 'Big Little Lies'.

Winner of eight Emmy Awards, 'Big Little Lies' featured Streep in its second season, where she played Kidman's mother-in-law. The actress said she learned about her friend's habits on the private beach of the hotel where they were staying through Reese Witherspoon.

During the American Film Institute Life Achievement Award Gala 2024, Streep praised Kidman as a "wild talent", comparing her to a mustang, a racehorse and a champion driver.
