Why are celebrities like Wanessa Camargo, Yasmin Brunet and others leaving the 'BBB' being canceled?

Why do celebrities leave the 'BBB' canceled? Fabiana Bruno explains

Recently, Yasmin Brunet was eliminated from "BBB24" with 80.76% of the votes in a triple wall. A few days earlier, Wanessa Camargo was disqualified from the reality show for assaulting Davi. The two, who were already famous before, didn't leave Brazil's most watched house collecting the public's esteem - and they weren't the only ones.

Karol Conká, Nego Di, Projota, Viih Tube, Fiuk, Key Alves and Rodriguinho are other well-known names who also failed to win over the reality TV audience during their respective participations. They showed that, when it comes to "BBB", fame doesn't always help. And although some of them have achieved redemption and the affection of Brazil, others have fallen by the wayside after showing certain traits of their personalities.

To explain the reasons why this happens, IstoÉ Gente spoke to Fabiana Bruno, founder and CEO of SUBA, a content agency specializing in influence and responsible for Karol Conká's image management after "BBB".

Fabiana explains that celebrities and influencers need to be aware of their power of influence and the impact they have on their audience. When the public perceives that the celebrity is not being responsible with their prominent space, this can lead to rejection. A breach in the audience's expectations can result in the dreaded "cancellation".

It's important for a canceled celebrity to admit their mistake in order to make amends with the public. Fabiana recommends that when you make a mistake, it's essential to be real and authentic. The expert emphasizes the importance of being attentive to the relationship with the public and speaking responsibly for one's actions.

In Karol Conká's case, Fabiana explains that the singer undertook an in-depth self-knowledge study. The specialist recommended therapeutic resources, family care and distance from social media. Karol invested in a program about mental health on her social networks to share her learnings from her journey of self-knowledge.

Despite the many "cancellations", Fabiana doesn't rule out "BBB" as a good visibility option for celebrities, but points out that it's important to analyze the client's profile and career moment, as well as assessing whether the attraction has an attractive financial return. The humanization of the celebrity and the transparency of their actions are essential to regaining the public's trust.
